Health & Vaccinations
What vaccinations does my dog need?
All dogs staying with us must be up to date with their latest C5 vaccination (covering parvovirus, distemper, hepatitis, Bordetella and parainfluenza), or have a current titre test demonstrating immunity.
If your dog has only received a C3 or C4 vaccination, please advise us at the time of booking.
Please also let us know whether your dog is currently protected against heartworm and which preventative product they receive.
Vaccinations should be given at least 7–10 days before your dog’s stay.
Do I need to provide proof of vaccination?
Yes. Please upload your dog’s current vaccination certificate or vet record with your booking.
What about flea, tick and worming treatments?
Your dog must be up to date with flea, tick and intestinal worming treatments. Paralysis ticks are common in Queensland, so tick prevention is essential.
What happens if my dog gets sick or injured?
If we think your dog needs veterinary treatment, our qualified vet nurse will assess the care required. We will first try to contact you or your dog’s emergency contact. If we can’t reach either of you, we will act in your dog’s best interest and arrange veterinary care as needed.
Behaviour & Suitability
Do you do a meet-and-greet or assessment before the first stay?
If your dog has any issues, please tell us on the booking form so we can assess whether we can look after them. You can also book a visit to see the facilities.
Do you accept dogs with separation anxiety, reactivity or aggression history?
Yes. We’re experienced and qualified to care for all dog types. Please be upfront about your dog’s behaviour on the booking form so we can plan their stay properly.
Do you accept desexed and entire dogs, and females in season?
Yes, all dogs are welcome.
Are there breed or size restrictions?
No.
What if my dog doesn’t get along with other dogs?
Dogs from different families are always kept separate when unsupervised. We carry out a behaviour assessment before a dog joins a supervised pack walk. If your dog isn’t suited to a pack walk, they’ll still enjoy farm adventures without other dogs.
Accommodation & Daily Routine
Where will my dog sleep?
See our facilities page for details of our kennels and yards. Dogs are secured in their runs overnight.
Do I need to bring bedding?
No, everything is provided. You’re welcome to bring your own bedding or toys if you wish.
How much exercise does my dog get?
Daily adventure walks and plenty of time in our large yards.
Can my dog be off-lead?
Please let us know if your dog has good recall. Off-lead dogs have a great time on the farm. We do our own assessment before letting any dog loose.
Is someone on the property overnight?
Yes, someone is always on the property, and the boarding kennels are CCTV monitored.
How do you keep dogs comfortable in Queensland’s heat and storms?
Our yards have plenty of shade and fresh water. We do extra checks during storms. Please tell us if your dog suffers from storm anxiety.
Food & Feeding
Do you provide food?
Yes, we provide everything. You’re also welcome to bring your own food.
What about allergies or special diets?
Let us know about any food allergies so we can prepare alternatives, or bring your dog’s own food.
How often are dogs fed?
Twice a day. If your dog has a routine or dietary requirement, we’ll adjust to whatever’s best for them.

What are your drop-off and pick-up times?
Drop-off and pick-up is between 3:30pm and 4:30pm. Any time outside this window must be arranged in advance.
Do you offer after-hours or weekend pick-up?
