Graham’s Creek Pet Care uses a private connection between its WordPress booking calendar and the owner’s Google Calendar to manage dog boarding bookings.
The connection reads the selected calendar to identify dog booking events marked with 🐶. Personal events are ignored; their contents are not saved by the sync plugin. Dog events must include the owner’s name, email, phone number, dog names and sharing arrangement before they can create a website booking. These booking details are stored in the website’s booking system.
Website bookings sent to Google contain dog names, stay dates, sharing arrangement and a booking reference. Owner contact details and care notes are not included in those exported events. Google data is used for booking synchronization and is not used for advertising or AI model training.
The plugin encrypts its stored Google connection credentials. It does not automatically delete Google events or cancel website bookings when a Google event is deleted. Conflicts are held for owner review.
The owner can pause syncing or disconnect the website connection in WordPress and revoke access through Google Account settings. Disconnecting does not delete existing bookings or Google events. For questions or requests about stored booking information, contact grahamscreekpetcare@gmail.com.
